Lodging

Customers must be 18 years or older to reserve/rent room(s). Anyone under the age of 18 will require an adult presence. Two-night minimum to reserve on a weekend, but walk-ins are welcome without reservation if rooms are available. A valid credit card is required to lease a room. Any damages will be charged to the card on file.

The cancellation policy for the Kirby Landing Marina and Motel calls for at least a 48-hour notification of cancellation on boat rentals as well as motel rooms. If we are not notified of your cancellation, we reserve the right to charge your credit card, given during the reservation process, for the full price of your boat or motel room reservation.

'Well-behaved' Pets are welcome. If they are left alone in the room, they must be in a kennel. If they are barkers, they cannot be left alone in the room. Owners are absolutely responsible for appropriate Pick-up and disposal of their toilet deposits on the lawn!

Each of our 12 rooms offers queen size beds, a futon, dining table with four chairs, full kitchen with fridge/ice maker, stove and microwave, flat screen TV’s with Satellite TV programming, and free WIFI. The futon folds out into a double bed & we furnish bedclothes for it, when needed.

 

In the kitchen, you will find dishes, cooking utensils, coffee maker and toaster, as well as Folger's Coffee (regular or decaf), sugar, salt, pepper, sweetener & creamer. We furnish Dawn dishwashing liquid, paper towels & dish clothes and towels.

Ten rooms have 2 beds with bathtub/shower combo, and 2 rooms are wheelchair accessible with one bed and walk-in shower.

 

Each room also has a patio area with a table, four chairs, access to a BBQ grill and bonfire area, and a beautiful view of Lake Greeson. All rooms are non-smoking & pet friendly.
